-
Follow-up Care: Managing conditions like diabetes, hypertension, or thyroid issues.

Lab Result Discussions: Reviewing test results and planning next steps for your care.
-
Mental Health Support: Addressing concerns like anxiety, depression, stress management, or medication adjustments for mental health conditions.
When to visit the clinic in person
Some health concerns require a hands-on examination or specialized procedures. Book an in-person visit for:
-
Dermatologic Conditions: Skin concerns like rashes, lesions, or persistent irritation.
-
Muscle or Back Pain: Issues that require physical assessment or possible imaging.
-
Vaccinations or Procedures: Immunizations or minor surgical procedures.
-
Minor Illnesses: Addressing mild symptoms, such as coughs, colds, or sinus infections.
For prescription refills
For prescription refills, please give your doctor or nurse practitioner at least 2 weeks notice to refill. If you have run out of medications, did you know your pharmacist can provide emergency refills? Please go to your pharmacy and discuss with them.
